Now Hiring - Carrier Sales Representative in Greenfield, IN

Our brokerage team maintains and grows relationships between carrier partners and Online Transport. They understand the carrier's strengths and use that knowledge to match the best carrier to our customer needs. This professional will work with the brokerage team to help onboard carriers, perform check calls, collect various paperwork, and help broker loads. This job opening is for a 1st Shift.

Duties:

• Build a portfolio of safe, reliable carriers through research and sales calls.
• Help to expend our network of dedicated carriers to provide our customers with more options and savings.
• Work with Senior Brokers to manage customer’s freight from pick up to delivery.
• Manage customer’s freight from pick up to delivery.
• Assist Senior Brokers to negotiate and develop new rates and lanes with carriers.
• Provide rate input expertise to help Business Development and Account Management team.
• Exceed expectations and be noticed for advancement opportunities.
• Job Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service, problem solving, presentation, organization, computer, analytical, and people skills
• Must have the ability to work in a team environment
• Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently
• TMW experience preferred
• Logistics/transportation experience preferred

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
